Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive country strategy that aligns with the company’s global vision and objectives.

• Oversee budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure the effective and sustainable operation of the school.

• Build partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, donors, and other stakeholders to amplify the company’s impact.

• Effectively communicate company’s impact to diverse stakeholders, both locally and internationally.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in NGO or NPO and at least 5 years of experience in leadership role within the education sector

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged.

• Khmer Native and Business English is a must

• This role involves in travelling to the provinces very often.

• Has good experience in education management, communication, and People Management skills.
