Description

• Lead the development of the country programme within strategic objectives

• Ensure that company maintains excellent and productive relations with all key stakeholders, especially beneficiaries, local authorities, humanitarian actors and donors.

• Lead the process of identifying and exploring potential options for funding

• Represent the country programme to authorities, donors, partners, and other relevant forums

• Strengthen company’s position nationally and regionally

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience with NGO background and at least 5 years of experience in management level

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Khmer Native and Business English is a must

• Has strong experience in project management and excellent communication skills
