The Role

Good Opportunity for a well-experienced Credit Monitoring Candidate who has a solid knowledge of credit risks to optimize credit product performance and statistical models that estimate current and future credit risks as well as the best practices according to financial laws and regulations of the governments

Description

• Conducts due diligence on clients to understand the company's management, financial condition, and prospects for growth and relationship enhancement

• Tracking Portfolio health & quality and keeping track of early warning signals

• Analyses company financial information and prepare projections based on company forecasts

• Prepare and present Portfolio level presentations for Senior Management

• Work for the development of Risk Rating Model and creation of Framework for Expected Credit Losses

• Adhere to current compliance standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Credit Risk or Monitoring Management in Banking or other financial related industries

• A Bachelor’s degree of Science in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Business or a related field

• Strong Knowledge of SME Banking Products, Processes and Systems

• Understanding of credit underwriting is preferred

• Strong time management and people management skills

• Exceptional analytical skills and an eye for detail

• Ability to work to strict deadlines

• Native Khmer with good Command in both written and oral in the English language
