Our client is an international animal feed ingredient manufacturing company that delivers leading innovative solution across the feed, food, health, nutrition, and textile industries

Description

• Process product sample requests and shipping documents

• Handle customer orders, complaints, and logistics coordination

• Monitor inventory, delivery, and warehouse reports

• Manage office operations: billing, payments, expense claims, and housekeeping

• Communicate with forwarders, brokers, and ASEAN regional operations

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics operation, customer service field, preferably in animal feed industry

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

• A service-oriented mindset with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
