Customer Service Executive at a leading Construction Materials Manufacturing Company in Phnom Penh
Exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who has a decent customer service experience in construction materials or service industry.
About the Company
Our client is a well-known global paint manufacturing company which produces a wide range of paint products and sells to construction, industrial and engineering sector.
Execute customer’s orders by following internal operations procedure to meet the customer satisfaction
Handle customers’ inquiries through e-mail, telephone or face to face in professional manner
Handle customer complaints and provide timely and effective solutions to increase customers’ satisfaction
Coordinate between sales team and customers to ensure all the details are correct
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in logistics operation industry
Business English is a must
Good communication, customer centric personality are key parts of the role
Up to 2 months performance bonus + Telephone + Other Allowances
