The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who has a decent customer service experience in construction materials or service industry.

About the Company

Our client is a well-known global paint manufacturing company which produces a wide range of paint products and sells to construction, industrial and engineering sector.

Description

  • Execute customer’s orders by following internal operations procedure to meet the customer satisfaction

  • Handle customers’ inquiries through e-mail, telephone or face to face in professional manner

  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely and effective solutions to increase customers’ satisfaction

  • Coordinate between sales team and customers to ensure all the details are correct

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in logistics operation industry

  • Business English is a must

  • Good communication, customer centric personality are key parts of the role
