Description

• Monitoring market trends to ensure that the dealership is meeting customer needs and promoting new products.

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that the dealership is operating efficiently.

• Manage Marketing, Campaign, Communication/Advertising, Artwork, Market data (Registration and Import data).

• Communicating with customers by phone or email to address concerns or complaints about vehicles or service work that has been performed at the dealership.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Automotive industry and At least 5 years of experience in management level.

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged.

• Khmer Native and English is a must.

• Has a good experience in leading and developing a team with operational responsibilities and communications skill.
