The Role

The ideal candidate will manage and expand their fleet lease operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational excellence

About the Company

Our client is a leading name in the automotive industry, offering quality vehicles and exceptional service

Description

• Manage and supervise daily lease operations including P&L, due dates, vehicle maintenance, and replacements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with leasing customers and internal teams

• Conduct market research, prepare quotations, negotiate agreements, and develop marketing tools

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate sales or financial lease, with at least 2 years in a management role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Law, Administration, or related field; Master’s in Project Management or Business Law preferred

• Fluent in English or Thai; Chinese or Japanese is a plus

• Strong sales, marketing, communication, and strategic planning skills

• Valid driving license and good understanding of traffic laws
