Description

• Actively seek new business using marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other methods

• Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to the customers.

• Generate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations.

• Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand

• Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in hospitality and at least 5 years of managerial experience.

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged.

• Khmer Native and Business English is a must.

• Open for Expatriate Candidate

• Has good experience in marketing, and communication skills.
