The Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead strategic sales projects, build key partnerships, and support team performance in a high-growth automotive environment

About the Company

Description

  • Lead and manage sales project timelines, competitor analysis, and client requirements

  • Build strong networks with government, NGOs, and institutional clients

  • Prepare and review sales contracts, proposals, quotations, and project documentation

  • Supervise team performance and support sales training, SOP development, and event organization

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Duty-Free Sales with 2 years at the management level

  • Proven expertise in ICB and NCB processes

  • BA in Business Law, Administration or related field (Master's preferred)

  • Fluent in English; Chinese or Japanese is a plus

  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills
