The Role

About the company

Our client is a leading real estate developer in Cambodia that has taken on a massive and ambitious the project which will allow you to grow along with the organization

Description

• Be familiar with large-scale Estate site management including managing services like security, general SHE, Government liaison, and community relations

• Policy set up for both priority development and secondary development

• Meeting with the owner/tenant of the specified property to discuss plans, events, and general estate requirements

• Preparing, presenting, and managing budgets

• Managing staff and providing training, day-to-day feedback, and performance reviews

• Facilities management - all maintenance, repairs, and renovations to buildings and estate grounds

• Promoting the estate’s businesses through marketing channels such as social media

• Coordinating with event planners, catering services, and clients to ensure that operations run smoothly

• Monitoring administrative tasks like submitting insurance claims, filing legal documents, and preparing invoices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, property management, business administration, or similar

• A minimum of 10 years experience in real estate, Area management, project management, or similar

• Sound knowledge of groundskeeping management and operations

• Great leadership and project management abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
