The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our client pharmaceutical company in the Philippines

Our client is a well-known international pharmaceutical company operating its businesses in Asia, including Philippines

Description

• Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to senior management while recommending further courses of action

• Advising on investment activities and providing strategies that the company should take

• Maintaining the financial health of the organization

• Overseeing the operations and development of the company's finance department, including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures

• Participating in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership

• Leading planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals

• Analyzing revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets

• Overseeing financial operations in both local finance and distribution/supply chain

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry

• Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles in distribution/supply chain functions, capital markets, financial management, and investment management

• Strong understanding of financial trends and industry dynamics in the pharmaceutical sector

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• A CPA License is mandatory

• Native Filipino and Business English is a must
