Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to modern trade channels, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and large retail chains.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure continuous business growth and partnership development.

  • Analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities for increasing sales and market share.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall brand objectives and promotional activities.

  • Negotiate trade terms, contracts, and agreements with modern trade partners, ensuring compliance and profitability.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of working experience in FMCG industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged.

  • Business English is a must.

  • People management, Sales Planning, building up the relationship with key client is a must
