As the Finance Manager, you will be a pivotal member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing the financial health and performance of the organization.

Description

  • Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic insights and analysis to support decision-making.

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial metrics.

  • Identify financial risks and proactively recommend appropriate measures to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Analyses cost structures and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency and maintain competitiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting standards, keeping the organization informed about any changes or updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role within Lao Country.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office applications.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken Lao and English is required.
