  • Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to maximize profitability while minimizing waste. Ensuring that all ingredients and products meet quality and safety standards

  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly, and fostering a positive dining experience

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance, including sales targets, expenses, and profitability margins. Implementing cost-saving measures and strategies to optimize financial outcomes

  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations set by local authorities and regulatory agencies. Implementing

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers, increase foot traffic, and enhance the visibility and reputation of the food gallery. Collaborating with marketing teams to execute

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Restaurant and QSR industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Native Khmer and Business English is a must

  • Responsible for managing and overseeing all food operations in a hospitality establishment
