General Sales Manager at a Local Leading Construction Chemical Distribution Company in Phnom Penh

The Role

Excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who has a strong leadership and business development experience in the paint or construction materials industry.

About the Company 

Our client is a local leading construction chemical, power tool products distribution company which provide a wide range of building solution technologies.

 Description

  • Develop the new business strategies and increase the revenue in Cambodia market

  • Monitor sales and marketing activities and control the budget for the business

  • Build up relationship with key stakeholders and the construction market leaders, designers, developers, contractors etc

  • Directly report to the Vice President

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in the construction materials industry

  • Engineering related degree holders are preferable

  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with different departments.

  • Must speak fluent English. Chinese language is a plus
