Description

• Provide strategic direction and leadership aligned with the school’s mission and values

• Develop and implement long-term plans for academic growth and institutional development

• Promote a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement

• Supervise curriculum development and ensure alignment with international standards

• Monitor teaching quality and student performance

• Support professional development for faculty and staff

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in school leadership and teaching, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.

• Strong understanding of international curricula (e.g., IB, Cambridge, American, etc.)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Native English is required
