• Oversee cash transactions, cash reconciliations, account payments, account receivables and other accounting duties according to company policies

• Up to $3,000 plus attractive bonus

The Role

As a head cashier you will use your previous experience to ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience at check-out, train cashiers on drawer accuracy and interactions with customers and ensure the checkout area is kept clean and safe

Description

• Troubleshoot and escalate issues with the cash register and other equipment

• Keep the checkout area clean and serviceable

• Maintain schedule for cashiers and ensure coverage during all shifts

• Train newly hired cashiers on accounting procedures and company policies

• Manage store operations in the absence of Store Manager

Requirements

• Over 3 years previous experience as a cashier

• Must demonstrate a friendly and courteous attitude

• On-time with reliable transportation

• Native Khmer and Business English

• Superior customer service skills
