Description

• Develop and execute investment strategies aligning with the company's growth objectives, evaluating potential ventures, and managing investment portfolios.

• Foster strategic relationships with key clients, institutions, and partners, driving commercial growth and expanding the company's market presence.

• Manage trustee operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality services to clients.

• Lead asset management activities, including acquisition, valuation, and optimization, to ensure portfolio growth and maximize returns.

• Execute funding strategies, managing fundraising initiatives, and overseeing capital allocation to optimize the company's financial structure.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of proven experience in Private Equity & Funding management, Investment & Asset Allocation, or similar roles within the financial sector.

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent qualification background would be a plus

• Strong knowledge of commercial investment, funding, asset and trustee operations, compliance, and a proven track record in building successful client relationships

• Prefer candidates willing to relocate to Phnom Penh

• Any Nationality with Advanced English is required
