Job Description

​Head of IT at an International Financial Services Company in Phnom Penh

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of current IT system in all functional areas including Networking and Infrastructure, Datacenter operations, IT applications, Business Analysis

  • Up to $5,000 plus other benefits

  • Our client is an international financial services company in Cambodia to financial advice, as well as wealth and asset management solutions for individuals, groups and institutions​

Description

  • Hands-on experience in digital or enterprise IT applications delivery, support or end-to-end project management strongly preferred

  • Preferably possessed good understanding of integration between legacy systems and modern web systems

  • Plan and implement a scalable IT Platform to support the business growth strategies and regulatory changes particularly in the areas of tech stack and architecture

  • Information Security, Quality Assurance, Audit Compliance, and IT Services – Develop and comply with IT governance guideline, provide a procedural driven and transparent working environment, while achieving higher users satisfactory rating in providing IT services

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in enterprise IT environment

  • Strong working ex Strategic Planning - develop IT divisional mid-term/long-term business plan and roadmap to align with the company mid-term/ long-term KPIs and business plan

  • Good experience in Business Management Role - To support, coach, train, motivate and to drive a development as well as backup plan for all personal of IT department

  • Have experience in working in sync with other members of SMT to make sure that IT systems and technologies best support other function of the company

  • Manage IT headcounts and expense budget in line with approved budget
