Description

• Develop and implement the operational policies and procedures including trade finance, credit operation, treasury, remittance, and other ad hoc operations functions

• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing

• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations

• Coordinate daily tasks to ensure operating efficiencies are achieved, including call and email queue monitoring

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience in Senior Operation Manager or similar role in only Banking industry

• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management

• Ability to build consensus and relationship among managers, partners, and employees

• Familiar with business and financial principles

• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written in English languages
