HR and Admin Manager at an International Logistics Company in Cambodia

The Role

Responsible to participate in maintaining and reviewing all administrative and human resource systems and procedures

Our client is a global leader in the logistics industry, specializing in international shipping, courier services, and transportation

Description

  • Handle a full internal recruitment process starting from updating job description, preparing/posting job announcements, shortlisting, interviewing, and negotiating with candidates

  • Employment policies and procedures: Responsible for administering payroll system

  • Ensure all employees complete mandatory E-learnings as regulated by the regional or by its renewal period

  • Liaise with all relevant government ministries/departments to get the correct update of any changes or amendments in law or legal legislations

  • Arrange for Visa Extension, Labour Contract, Medical Check-up and Work Permit for Expats

  • Ensure efficient admin and logistic supports for local & overseas traveling, training, meeting, company event, and day-to-day office activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in human resource management or related fields

  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in human resource management

  • Good knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, such as talent acquisition and development, employee retention, labour relations, organizational effectiveness, compensation practices, and diversity

  • Native Khmer and Business English is required

  • Expert with various HRIS applications
