HR Executive at an International F&B Company in Phnom Penh

The Role

Responsible for preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment, and full and final settlements

Description

  • Analysis of current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)

  • Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues

  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues

  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree is a must and a Degree in human resources management is an advantage

  • Proven work experience as an HR business partner

  • Native Khmer and Business English is required

  • Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)
