HR Manager at an International Conglomerate in Phnom Penh

The Role

We are looking for an HR manager to lead our client’s company HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.

Our client has been the authorized distributor of world-renowned brands equipment’s for over 10 years in the country and helping households, warehouses, hotels, factories and telecom industry to help grow their businesses.

Description

  • Provide competitive market research and prepare to pay studies to help establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain superior staff

  • Coordinate the development of Human Resources policies for the organization with regard to employee relations

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the office and assist all units in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations

  • Manage the compliance for business such as work permit/ employment book, NSSF, Visa, health check

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in human resource management and prefer candidates from FMCG/ F&B/ Retails

  • Native Khmer and Business English are required

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
