HR Manager at an International Real Estate Company in Phnom Penh
Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members
Up to $2,000 + Attractive Bonus
The Role
Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
About the Company
Our client is an international real estate developer and brings top-notch real estate businesses into Cambodia
Description
Manage the process of recruitment, selection, training, and conduct the orientation
Manage the compliance for business such as work permit/ employment book, NSSF, Visa, health check
Deal with business head for ensuring well record for any training provided by the company
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Requirements
Proven working experience as HR Manager
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in human resource management
Good knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, such as talent acquisition and development, employee retention, labour relations, organizational effectiveness, compensation practices, and diversity.
Native Khmer and Business English is required
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
