The Role

Responsible to contribute to company performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives

Description

  • Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy

  • Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions, programs and policies

  • Leads training needs analysis and training design work that enhances the operations

  • Facilitates Labour Management communication meetings, grievance administration, contract interpretation, compliance, contract negotiations

  • Partners with line management and employees to enhance employee engagement

  • Responsible for administering performance management program

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must and other diploma or qualifications in Business Administrations or HRM are highly preferred

  • Native Khmer and Business English is a must

  • Strong knowledge in general HR and labour law
