IT Associate Consultant at a Leading Recruitment Agency in Phnom Penh

• Up to $500 plus other allowances

Key Areas of Responsibility

Develop a strong network of prospective Candidates in the Cambodia market through networking, referrals and direct sourcing

The Role

The main responsibilities are as follow:

• Source English speaking local IT Candidates through social media, head hunting, referrals and networking

• Meet with IT Candidates to learn more about their background and help match them with vacancies at our Clients

• Manage the CRM database and ensure accurate and timely data entry

• Develop an expertise in multiple job categories to provide specific insights into the capabilities of Candidates

• Share information freely to colleagues 

Requirements

• Knowledge of IT is a must

• Knowledge of business development to multinational companies

• Strong communication skills in both English and Khmer

• Driven personality and a commitment to exceed KPIs

• Strong computer literacy and able to type at more than 40 words per minute

• Flexible personality

• Highly focused on teamwork
