The Role

Responsible for preparation of liner documentation, container vessel schedules updating, follow up with customers, issuing bill and invoices to customers

Description

• Manage vessel schedule updates for container shipments

• Review and process bookings, considering equipment and vessel space availability.

• Communicate booking confirmation and release empty container orders

• Maintain container inventory, equipment control, and customer freight rates

• Coordinate container transit arrangements and document issuance, including invoices, SI, BL

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in shipping/logistics industry

• Good command in English

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook
