About the Company

Job Description

  • Lead daily repair/maintenance schedules for all stores

  • Minimize operational disruptions from equipment breakdowns

  • Drive energy savings via kWh calculations, training, and project oversight

  • Train store teams on equipment use, preventive measures, and energy best practices

  • Provide feedback on material use, M&E location, negotiate with suppliers, and update at meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a team leader or manager level

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  • Strong proficiency in English

  • Great leadership and management skills
