Responsible for managing and advising on entire operating departments such as Operations, Customer Services, New Business etc

Description

• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial service

• Advanced Excel is a must with Numerical and Analytical skills

• Bachelor’s degree is a must and other related qualifications will be highly preferred

• Proficient in both verbal and written English is required
