The Role

Great Opportunity for a high-achieving and experienced Product Strategy Manager to join and support the growth client base in making better decision for digital products

About the Company

Our client is an International Insurance Services company which is mainly providing the best practices of insurance products to the customers in Cambodia as well as other Asian and European countries

Description

• Define and prioritize requirements, develop product roadmaps, and recommend product direction

• Work closely with development teams, finance team and actuarial team to ensure successful product implementations

• Provide product knowledge and market insight on existing products and their performance

• Formulate thought through strategies to evolve the products from current to desired state

• Meet with internal and external stakeholders to identify product gaps, act as a champion for the products, and to communicate the product roadmap

Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in product strategic planning management or product development in which 3 years with Managerial experience would be a value in both General and Life Insurance sectors or Banking or Insurance sectors

• Ability to manage multiple, critical projects is required

• Ability to work collaboratively across a cross functional team

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English with Native Khmer
