• Manage production line operations

• Mentor and supervise a team of approximately operators, prioritizing safety and quality

• Enhance production efficiency and maintain product quality through organizational optimizations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and drive continuous improvement

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards and provide regular production reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in engineering or related field

• Leadership experience for a manufacturing industry

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Understanding of production quality and standards

• Strong problem-solving skills
