Project Sales Manager at a start-up Power Energy company in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead business development and project execution in Cambodia’s electrical power sector, including Green Energy Generation such as Solar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems

Our client is a fast-growing startup specializing in power system solutions for Cambodia’s energy sector, to deliver innovative and reliable electrical power solutions that support the country’s development and sustainability goals

Description

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in the electrical power sector

  • Lead tender preparation, submission, and negotiation processes

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and propose solutions aligned with client requirements

  • Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with tender documents

  • Support project execution, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, tendering, and project management within the electrical power industry

  • Strong track record of working with government tenders and private sector projects

  • Excellent knowledge of electrical power equipment, transmission, and distribution systems

  • Fluency in English; Khmer language proficiency is an advantage

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
