The Role

This is an ideal role for the candidates to certify and ensure all the processes, and products comply with Halal standards and guidelines

About the Company

Our client is the leading international company in Cambodia which provides excellent internal training to their employees and the best products to their customers

Descriptions

• Ensure the process and products comply with Halal standards set by Islamic authorities

• Implement, plan, and maintain Micro, RM Quality Monitoring Plan, update validation process and protocol

• Laboratory management, suppliers' quality management

• Ingredients, raw materials, packaging materials, finished products quality assurance

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience and knowledge in HALAL/ GLP/ GMP/ HACCP/ ISO 9001/ ISO 22000/ FSSC 22000

• Muslim (Islamic) candidate is mandatory

• Strong understanding of laboratory practices, food processes & beverages

• Good communication in English
