  • To drive of tech training to all Market Centre Leadership and Agents

Description

  • Serve as a liaison between Regional Leadership and MC leadership with all Technology Initiatives and Training

  • Support and handle MC Leadership Technology questions

  • Stay on top of all new releases on Connect, Command & Consumer

  • Provide ongoing tech training for Regional Leadership, Market Centre Leadership and Agents on Connect, Command, Consumer, and key Best Practices

Requirements

  • Master or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

  • At least 3 years of work experience in Technology Trainer

  • Understanding of technology being provided/ used by competitors and national providers

  • Support questions about current and new KW Technology (Connect, Command and Consumer)
