Transactional Banking department which is sales of transactional related solutions to wholesale banking customers including Government, Corporate, Agribusiness, SMEs and covering the service areas of Electronic Banking, Trade Finance, Product development, Transactional Service and etc

Description

• Plan the business strategy to gain new clients, maintain existing ones, business outcome and profitability growth

• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively

• Researching and pursuing new business opportunities

• Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in the field of banking/finance or related degrees

• Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager and knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices

• Teamwork and leadership skills

• Native Khmer and Business English is required
