Description

• Maintaining a deep knowledge of banking products and services

• Upselling and cross-selling the banking products or services to the clients

• Build a strong relationship with prospective and existing clients

• Informing the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends

• Providing the clients with the best consultations and guiding their decision-making process

• Keeping a record of customer and client interaction and details of actions taken

Requirements

• At least 2 or 4 years of working experience as a Customer Supporting or Relationship Manager or a similar role in the Banking industry

• Bachelor’s degree is a must or A Degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or a similar field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships

• Good efficiency and organisational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Khmer
