  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to track performance and guide decision-making

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations, industry standards, and company policies

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective product distribution and market penetration

  • Collaborate with distributors to develop joint business plans and sales strategies


  • At least 10 years of experience in a pharmaceuticals industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Khmer Native and Business English is a must

  • Has good experience in managing relationships with distributors, ensuring alignment with the company’s sales strategies and objectives
