Description

  • Manage the school’s full set of accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting

  • Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, process payroll, and support audit processes

  • Collaborate with school leadership and administrative staff to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions

  • Maintain organized financial records and implement best practices to optimize financial operations

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

  • Support continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls across the school

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (CPA/ACCA) is preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance; experience in manufacturing or international companies is an advantage

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills in both Khmer and English
