The Role

This role supports the company’s financial and accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and smooth day-to-day accounting processes

About the Company

Our client is an international manufacturing company in the Power Transmission and Distribution industry, with over 10 years of successful operation in Cambodia

Description

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

• Handle general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations

• Conduct financial analysis to identify key variances and opportunities for improvements

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders during audits and compliance checks

• Process invoices, manage expense records, and support contract documentation

• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations and business decision-making

• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff when necessary

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

• Strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements

• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Fluency in English and Khmer
