  • Responsible in designing, implementing, and managing the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives, developing and executing strategies that align the organization's business operations with social, environmental, and ethical considerations.

Description

  • Formulate and execute a CSR strategy aligned with mission, values, and stakeholder expectations. Identify social and environmental issues, set objectives, and create action plans.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their perspectives on social and environmental impact. Build strong relationships with employees, communities, NGOs, and government agencies.

  • Develop and manage the organization's sustainability reporting framework. Collect, analyze, and communicate data to track CSR progress and performance.

  • Coordinate corporate philanthropy efforts, including donations, grants, and partnerships with non-profits. Identify needs and implement initiatives aligned with CSR priorities.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in relevant background and at least 5 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Open for Expatriate Candidate and Fluent Chinese is a bonus.

  • Has good experience in business management, and communication skills.
