• Responsible to manage the day-to-day Inland Transportation from import and export operation

• Up to $5,000 plus other allowances

The Role

The is an ideal role for individual who has extensive experience in Inland Transportation model, strong experience in handling the truck transportation for both Import/Export Operation and custom clearance process and formalities

Description

• Monitoring customs & other services (Trucking, certificate of origin, liquidation) to ensure that they are well arranged and delivered properly

• Supervision service performance & aligned KPIs: providing action plans for further improvement

• Understanding well Khmer government policies regarding logistic jobs (customs laws & others)

• Management in handling daily operations with team members for current/new accounts after closed win

• Preparing SOP & IOP in collaboration with Customer, sales, implementation, and local products teams

• Proper co-ordination with Customers, Customer Service Teams (SCM, Ocean, 4PL) for trucking plan and/to arrange customs services on schedules, for timely collection and dispatch of shipments

• Proactively attend all the inquires from Customer’s demands, well communication with related parties in case of exceptions

• Able to take ownership of the issues and perform problem resolution to the Customer’s satisfaction

• Enhance productivity & performance with initiatives in operation process

• Guiding customs clearance & trucking regulations to internal teams and external customers

• Ensuring in compliance to internal & external audit controls: process efficiency and delivering operational KPIs

• Able to work independently with the limit supervision from higher level

• Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by higher manager

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of similar working experience in Import – Export Operation

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in custom supervisor in logistic field

• Knowledge & experience in customs formalities operations & transportation handling: container pick up/drop off, data entry, customs liquidation, HS code classification, prices evaluation, tax refund, post-customs clearance, certificate of origin

• Brokerage license

• Can-do and willing-to-do attitude
