​Talent Acquisition Executive at a Fast-Growing E-Commerce Company in Phnom Penh

  • Managing full-cycle recruiting experience and driving recruitment campaigns to generate a pipeline of suitable candidates for the organization

  • Up to $800 + Yearly Bonus

The Role

Lead the demonstrated recruitment policies and procedures and manage the company’s manpower plan strategically

Our client is the fastest-growing E-Commerce company providing retail tech services that are designed to meet costumer’s needs and wants


  • Plan and secure the retail workforce needs

  • Liaise with line managers to understand critical requirements

  • Project future skills demand and collaborate with hiring managers to prioritize requirements

  • Design talent outreach plans to hire directly for potential candidates

  • Establish and execute onboarding of new hires

  • Work with managers to assimilate new hires into the organization to become effective contributors readily

  • Manage employee issues and supports line managers in exit and retirement processes

  • Align interests among various stakeholders to promote a cooperative and collaborative work environment

  • Adopt a service excellence mindset and address people’s needs and issues


  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resourced Management

  • Direct recruitment experience

  • Strong in business partnering, communication, and presentation skills

  • Able to build and leverage strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve desired objectives

  • Knowledge of local employment regulations

  • High initiative, independence, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Proficient with MS office
