About the Company

Our client is a Multinational Corporation that is running logistics businesses in Phnom Penh.

Description

• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

• Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates

• Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or similar

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist, or similar

• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
