About the company

Our client is a successful group of companies in Cambodia with various booming business units under them.

Description

• Responsible for leading the team to ensure the efficiency and quality of the operation

• Take control of the budget and cost of the project - P&L

• Leading design plans for Aircon projects - specializing in VFV/VRF & Single Split

• Evaluation of the team’s performance

• Work with the sales team to optimize costs

• Communicate with customers to ensure timely delivery of installations

• Actively participate in continuous improvement of the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or any equivalent degree

• At least 3 to 4 of working experience in the related field

• Strong HVAC/ACMV knowledge

• Great communication and interpersonal skills
