The Role

Technical Manager is responsible for managing all technical activities to achieve operational outcomes, prioritizing and allocating workflow

Description

  • Provide timely and effective advice, information, and technical interpretation on IT matters, in a manner easily interpreted by stakeholders

  • Be the key point of contact for all stakeholders and proactively understand & anticipate to their business needs

  • Evaluate and respond to operational or service delivery issues to ensure that business risks are minimized

  • Monitor, review and analyze incident management performance metrics and recurring issues/requests

  • Supervise and provide support for a range of devices, hardware, software, network, systems and other related technologies

  • Monitor the daily installation statistics and be responsible for technicians’ productivity

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology &/Or Engineering

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in related industry and technical background with knowledge of technologies like GPS/GSM/Mobile Phone/Vehicles will be an advantage

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing a team

  • Regional team leading experience will be good to have

  • Good knowledge of Project Management

  • Ability to use Excel to Reconcile Billing/Reporting/Data Exports
