Description

  • Design, prepare, and deliver technical training programs focused on construction and agricultural equipments

  • Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical sessions for dealer service teams

  • Customize training content based on participant needs and skill gaps

  • Support training not only in Thailand but also in other English-speaking markets when required

  • Maintain training records and track participant progress

  • Work closely with engineering and service teams to stay current on the latest technical developments

  • Promote a strong learning culture and encourage knowledge sharing across the network

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements for future sessions

Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise in engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems of construction/agricultural machinery

  • Proven experience in technical training delivery, with clear communication skills

  • Based in Thailand with willingness to travel internationally for extended training programs

  • Practical hands-on experience in servicing or repairing heavy machinery

  • Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field preferred

  • Familiarity with digital training platforms or learning management systems is an advantage
