Transportation Operation Manager at ASEAN Leading End to End Supply Chain Solution Provider in Phnom Penh

Description

  • To increase revenues and reduce the operation cost while maintain customer satisfaction level for both internal and external customers

  • To manage and control the team KPI and make sure that they are complying with company strategies

  • To control and push performance to reach the revenue target, cost, profit, and the timeline of the operation

  • To set up the internal and external operation procedure for the team to follow

  • To support the commercial team in attracting and winning new CHB, Trucking, and Freight related businesses

  • Handle subcontracting, build up the relationship with the custom officer, ministry officer, suppliers, and customers

  • Work and build up strategies with the other department to solve all problems and challenges to ensure overall operation run efficiently

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 of experience in Transportation and Freight forwarding operation

  • Experience in handling custom clearance function is a mandatory requirement

  • Dynamic, open minded, highly committed, and timely manner

  • Native Khmer, speaks Business English Communication Skills and people management skills
