The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced project sales professional to manage key customer relationships, grow revenue and coordinate sales-to-operations delivery in a competitive business environment

Our client is a leading diversified business group with operations across construction, M&E, infrastructure and related services.

Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans, generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into customers
• Manage relationships with agents and key customers, identify new business opportunities, and drive renewals, referrals, upselling and cross-selling
• Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions, monitor the sales pipeline, and provide accurate performance updates and market insights
• Coordinate with operations, production, logistics, finance, legal, project and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer handover
• Address escalated customer concerns with urgency and maintain a high standard of customer experience and service satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management
• Experience in the construction industry or in managing complex sales processes is preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, relationship management, revenue-growth and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
