The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader to grow the concrete admixture business through strategic planning, technical customer support, key account management and team development

About the Company

Our client is a leading construction materials company providing concrete admixture products and technical solutions to ready-mix producers, precast manufacturers, contractors and project owners.

Description

• Set and execute the annual admixture sales strategy, budget and business plan to achieve sales, volume and margin targets
• Manage and grow key accounts, develop new customers and applications, and expand market share through effective pricing, promotions and accurate forecasting
• Lead the sales team by setting KPIs, coaching and training team members, and reporting sales performance, forecasts and market developments to management
• Work closely with technical, supply chain and marketing teams on mix design, laboratory trials, site support, demand planning, product launches and competitor information
• Resolve customer complaints and product performance issues, monitor collections and credit control, and ensure reliable product delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in construction materials, including experience managing a sales team
• Strong leadership, negotiation, technical selling, communication and customer relationship management skills
• Good command of Khmer and English; Chinese is an advantage, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel to plants and project sites
