The Role
The Legal Manager is responsible for overseeing all legal matters of the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, managing legal risks, reviewing contracts, and providing legal advice to support business operations and strategic decision-making.

Description
- Provide legal advice and guidance to management on corporate and commercial matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Manage legal risks and recommend practical solutions to support business objectives
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, external legal counsel, and government agencies
- Support corporate governance activities and maintain statutory records
- Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters when required
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Law is a must, and a Master's degree or professional legal qualification is an advantage
- Proven work experience as a Legal Manager or in a similar legal role within the financial services industry
- Native Khmer and Business English are required
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian laws and financial regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
